1. Shipping Availability

We currently offer Pan-India shipping, ensuring Florafauna creations reach you wherever you are.

2. Order Processing

Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Florafauna accepts online prepaid payments only. Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other secure payment gateways as enabled on our platform.

4. Delivery Timeline

(i) Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

(ii) Non-Metro / Remote Locations: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, regional accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated transparently at the time of order confirmation. Complimentary shipping may be extended on select orders, collections, or during exclusive promotions.

6. Address Accuracy

We request customers to provide accurate and complete shipping details, including PIN code and contact number.
Florafauna cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Re-Delivery

In the event an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. Contact our customer support team to re-initiate the shipping process. Please note re-delivery charges will be applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Florafauna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the products once delivered.

9. Packaging

All Florafauna jewellery is shipped in premium, protective packaging to ensure safe transit and delivery in pristine condition. Florafauna shall not be liable for any damage occurring after successful delivery confirmation.

10. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

11. Unforeseen Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Florafauna shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
