Refund policy

1. Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact Florafauna via Instagram DM or WhatsApp with order details and supporting proof. Return shipping instructions shall be shared upon approval. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on Florafauna’s part.

We have a 02-day return policy, which means you have 02 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer. Requests for return must be raised within 02 days of delivery with clear unboxing photos or videos as proof. Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

3. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

(i) Change of mind or personal preference.

(ii) Size, colour, or design dissatisfaction (as products are sold as displayed).

(iii) Damage caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

(iv) Orders placed during sales, discounts, or promotional offers, unless received damaged or defective. 

4. Replacement Policy

In the event of a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florafauna may offer a replacement, subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, a store credit or alternative product of equivalent value may be offered at Florafauna’s discretion.

6. Quality Check & Approval

All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Florafauna reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on inspection findings.

7. Customer Assistance

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

10. European Union 3 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

11. Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
